We have the honour to inform that in order to follow up from the momentum of high level political exchanges after the visit of State President of Vietnam to India, the Indian Merchants’ Chamber of Mumbai, India has selected Vietnam to organize its flag-ship event “India Calling 2011” in both Hanoi during November 7-8, 2011. Details will be as under:

Time: 9.00-12.00, Nov 7, 2011

Venue: Grand Ballroom, Hilton Opera Hotel, No. 1 Le Thanh Tong Str., Hanoi

After the inaugural ceremony, various parallel sessions will be organized providing good opportunities of interactions between Indian and Vietnamese companies in urban infrastructure, engineering and textiles, agri and food processing, information technology . Proposed programme for this session is enclosed herewith.

The Embassy of India would like to request the esteemed organization to send representative for the Seminar and confirm to the Embassy at the earliest.
